For those who love their practice to the moon and back but want to slow it down a little. This flow is infused with fluidity and movement, without that dramatic fire often associated with Vinyasa flow. Class will begin with a brief mantra meditation. The first half of the session will be building non-stop flow (without chaturangas), followed by slow, delicious hip openers and forward bends. This feel-good flow of heart expanders, hip openers and constant movement aims to wring out anything weighing you down.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
