Through a vigorous vinyasa flow, be ready to dig deep and explore the relationship between the hips and the heart. Class will begin in meditation and then focus on warming up the body to create pathway deep into the hips and heart. We will take the hips through different directions of rotation, hold static postures and through mindful sequencing weave in heart opening postures. As we open up our hips, we create comfort & ease within our bodies and allow our vital energy to flow fluidly. As we open up our hearts, we can receive more love. And, when we receive more love, we can then give more love!
