If we have a body, we've experienced pain. At some point, we either do something that creates injury or are working with an ongoing health condition. Yoga can help — when practiced mindfully. Physically, yin yoga is all about putting a healthy amount of stress on the joints. Learn to create balance by picking poses that are appropriate for your body and what you're working with. Learn how to use props to support you in yin yoga postures.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
