Most of us can relate to the desire to be more relaxed and calmer individuals. But we're not sure how to get there. Instead of doing less, we often do more: read books, watch TV, buy the latest multi-tasking technology. Through a yin yoga practice — where the essence is really to surrender and let go — you'll experience relaxation in your body, and learn techniques to carry into your life.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
