Limited Capacity filling up

As teachers, it is essential that we refine our ability to observe our students and be equipped to help each individual move to the next level in their practice. The dual art of reading bodies and doing hands-on adjustments is fundamental for teaching yoga. These skills enable us to help our students refine their practices and find the freedom that asana practice is all about. In this partner-oriented workshop, we will focus on key poses that are most frequently practiced in classes from the Sun Salutations, to standing poses to back bends. We will look at variations, modifications, and when to use props and why. Recommended for teachers and students who want to go deeper in their practice and understanding. Putting it all together, we will strengthen our ability to see clearly and to adjust our students safely—all with precision and compassion. Class will begin with an intelligent warm-up.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
