Ashtanga yoga is for everyone no matter your age, size, strength, or flexibility. So whether you are a complete beginner or already practice yoga, you are in the right place! You see, our greatest obstacles are not physical at all. We are far more limited by the mind's creation of fear, insecurity, and doubt. Understand that this practice is far more than just a sequence of postures. And the power of the breath cannot be overestimated as it is the key to focusing the mind's limiting chains. So come and free yourself of those chains by learning to apply the rhythm and energy of breath to movement. Unlock an ease of mind and the grace of movement - because as long as you can breathe you can practice this yoga and fly!
