This practice is all about flipping your perspective and getting upside down in the flow. Yogis should expect a good dose of time on the forearms and hands, navigating through asanas like pincha mayurasana (forearm balance) and adho mukha vrksasana (hand balance). We will finish with a good amount of wrist, shoulder and neck counters, bringing the practice back around and finalizing with backbends, seated forward folds and hip openers. Practice on and invert on my fellow yogis!
