Class will open with a 10 minute guided meditation followed by an interactive discussion and lecture on tips, tools and techniques for managing stress in the very moment it's upon you, learning to anticipate when you might be affected by stress (it isn't always what you think!), and how to lock in a daily meditation practice that will actually help you use stress to your advantage.

Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
