Yoga is about relationships, pure and simple. Though really, as a mom and a counselor, I'd actually say: LIFE is about relationships. And why the Ashtanga yoga method in particular holds the connection between teacher and student in sacred regard - much the way families are rooted in the parent/child relationship. The mother is, after all, a child's first teacher. And so it is through these vital connections, all of us learn and grow. It's how lines are passed down and lineages continue to thrive. In this workshop, we'll discuss the four pillars of building strong and healthy relationships in our families, in the yoga room, and in our communities. So whether you want to become a better parent, a more effective teacher, or build a stronger community - this workshop will outline a path and a practice to help you grow in each of these important roles.
