Students will move through various twists and stretches to reset our bodies and the day. After this SUP yoga class, you will feel fresh and awake in your body. Modifications are presented through the sequence as needed.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. It is a 15 minute drive from the resort to the Harbor. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
