This class will teach you to use the hula hoop as a tool for core strengthening and toning - different to hoop dance - this class will tone and condition your core muscles. Forget sit ups, this is the best way to work your midsection! Classes are suitable for hoop beginners and hoop pros! Especially hoopers who experience feeling 'loopsided' or 'one sided' when hooping! Also great for people who experience lower back pain due to a weak core.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
