Limited Capacity filling up

This class is designed for the beginner runner who is new to trails and just starting to get miles under their feet. It begins with a 15 minute introduction, which includes a warm up, a brief discussion of trail etiquette and route description, and identification of personal goals… then it's off to the trail for a 3 mile run along easy trails with minimal elevation change with the beautiful backdrop of Squaw Valley. This class will allow for runners to run at an average 15 min/mile pace, meet people, and build onto their base. Runners are encouraged to bring water and wear trail running shoes (road running shoes would be okay for this class too). Please no headphones or music. After the run, the class will decompress for the final 15 minutes, which includes cool down, sharing of goals/experience, and Q&A.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
