We will practice flowing through poses that are connected to our breath and find our balanced self through this class. We will begin warming up the body and flow through various poses and may even find ourselves upside down or trusting our arms to hold us up. Modifications and variations will be introduced as needed. You will leave with an open body, mind and soul.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. It is a 15 minute drive from the resort to the Harbor. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
