Stand up paddle yoga is all the rage and that's because it's super fun, challenging, practice in nature's studio and it targets muscle groups we just don't use. This classs we will focus on Core Balance, learning to balance on the paddle boards while doing amazing yoga vinyasa type flows & individual balance asanas (poses) to challenge any student. It doesn't matter if you're an avid yogi or new as long as your game for the challenge and ready to have fun. We will also we working directly to engage the bondas, your core stabilization muscle groups. Then we will use everything we've learned to work on individual balance challenges on the paddle boards. Be ready for anything because you're going to have a super fun time. "The lake is my studio", is my motto! Working out in nature will take your breath away.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. It is a 15 minute drive from the resort to the Harbor. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
