The decisions being made today will disproportionately affect us, yet we have no place at that decision making table. That lack of government representation didn't sit right with 25-year-old Erin Schrode, who launched a campaign for US Congress to redefine civic engagement, reinvigorate a culture of public service and expand the definition of political, while adding value to society by raising concrete policy issues. Learn what it takes to run for public office – and why many more people of all ages and backgrounds (especially women and younger voices!) need to get involved in politics, especially at this moment in history.
