Learn all about cooking some of the leanest - not to mention cheapest - grilling cuts that that often get overlooked. In this demo, Belcampo Co-Founder & CEO and author of Home Cooked, Anya Fernald, will share some of her favorite grilling alternatives such as butterflied leg of lamb and hanger steak, as well as how to prepare some of the more unusual parts of the animal like heart and liver.
