Let props do the work of opening the upper back while you reap the bliss and the buzz of utterly accessible back bends.  Free from low back pain and full of fabulous backbend feeling, this practice is ideal for the tighter shoulder, tense neck type. Expect standing, side bending, twisting poses along with targeted shoulder openers to warm and ready the back.  Alignment flow with core focus to lengthen the spine and expand the chest. Experience the vibrancy of lung and heart beat pulsing through the entire body. Then drop into the deliciousness and ecstatic clarity that comes from the flush of these poses. Bigger breaths, oxygenating every cell, create a natural uplift to energy and invigoration of spirit. The reverberations of will outlast any coffee and the residual mood enhancers are a back bending bonus.
