Do you identify as an individual who has a calling to serve others?

Whether leading a community, working with youth, healing those who are ill or building revolutionary technology, you know that you want endurance to be your best for the long run.

Yet its easy, when the calling to be of service is strong, to lose track of ourselves.

This lecture will explore society from a lens of service and how those of us who are driven by our calling must advocate and implement self-care to have long term success and sustainable work lives. By the end of the lecture, you will have learned the biology of resilience, tools to use in stressful moments and how to implement systems that are sustainable for you and those you serve.

You will leave knowing how your well-being is integral to the impact you wish to make on the world.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
